The possibilities with our graphics elements, templates, and icons are almost limitless, but how do you make sure that your project is covered by our license? Let's review how the license covers graphics projects.

How you can use the graphics:

You can use our graphics as part of your derivative works, even physical media, as long as the graphic is not being reproduced for resale (with some restrictions).

For example, printing up to 500,000 copies of promotional pamphlets to give away at a conference is covered , but selling posters with the graphics is not.

This applies to all objects designed for resale like games, T-shirts or Mugs and other merchandise, as well as creating electronic templates like website templates, business card templates, etc. Those cannot be produced under a standard license. If you'd like to reach out for an enterprise agreement, contact our team.

You can create up to 500,000 physical copies under our standard license

If you need to produce more copies, you will need an enterprise agreement. If you'd like to reach out for an enterprise agreement, contact our team.

Can I use these on a book cover or product package?

Yes! Up to 500,000 copies! These uses (product packaging and book covers) are derivative works where the graphic is not being reproduced for resale but is an advertorial component of the work.

Can I use these on a billboard or out of home advertising like a bus stop placement?

No, our license does not cover this. While you can use the graphics in streaming, broadcast, or web advertising, the standard license does not allow out of home advertising. If you'd like to reach out for an enterprise agreement, contact our team.
