With the new update to Facebook, you may receive claims on your videos from third parties. Don't Worry!

By contractual agreement with the artists, you have full rights to use the music and are completely covered to use this track in your post.

To dispute a Facebook claim, follow the steps below from the video and/or with the steps below it:

Visual step-by-step instructions:

1. Go to your video page (Creator Studio Home)

2. Select “Your video is partially muted due to a copyright match”

3. Click “See details”

4. Click “Continue”

5. Click “Continue” again

6. Click “Continue” again 🙂

7. Select “Submit dispute” and click “Continue”

8. Click “Open form”

9. Select “Licensed content”

9.1 Write the following subscriber statement into the Additional details field

"I am paying member of MotionArray.com and I have the rights to use this track on my YouTube video"

9.2 Include a copy & paste of the text from your asset license PDF (see here to learn how to download it) Click “Submit”

10. Click “Close”

If your dispute is rejected, please let us know as soon as possible here or in the chat, and include screenshots of the claim and include the URL to the page of the Motion Array template or track that is getting the claim.
