Account downgrades related to disputed payments

When a payment is disputed, the related Motion Array account is automatically downgraded to a free account. Accounts cannot be upgraded again until a new, valid payment method is entered.

Please note that our payment processors automatically reject certain transactions if they are deemed to be high risk. If your credit card payment is rejected, you may need to use PayPal as an alternative payment method.

If you believe that the payment should not have been disputed, you may want to try one or more of the following solutions:

  • Contact your bank and notify them that the payment to Motion Array should not have been disputed. Ask them to cancel the dispute.

  • If you're part of an organization, contact your accounting department and let them know that Motion Array is a valid vendor, and that the payment to Motion Array should not be disputed. Sometimes payments are disputed because an accounting department did not recognize the payment.

  • If you have a joint account, ensure that someone else on the account has not disputed the payment because they did not recognize it.

If you believe your credit card was used to fraudulently pay for a Motion Array account, please contact support and we will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
