In order to delete your Motion Array account, you must first be on a Free plan. If your plan isn't currently set to Free, follow these steps first:
Log into your account.
Click on "Manage Subscription" in the account section.
Select "DOWNGRADE TO FREE" from the plan options.
Follow the prompts to continue to a Free plan downgrade.
Once your plan is set to Free (or if you're already on the Free account), you can delete the account by following these steps:
Log into your account.
Click on "My Profile" in the account section.
Go all the way down the page and click the "Delete Account" button.
