Why Doesn't The Download Button Work?

A troubleshooting guide for troubled download buttons

IMPORTANT: The below instructions are only relevant if you've got an active Motion Array subscription. If you're on a paid subscription, please make sure that the last payment was successful and that your last payment didn't fail.

If the download button isn't working for you, here are a couple of ways to troubleshoot this issue, if you're unable to download from your browser with your Motion Array subscription:

  1. Turn off your browser extensions (e.g. ad blockers, popup blockers - if you find this is the cause, try adding motionarray.com to the extension whitelist). Learn how to disable ad blocker extensions here.

  2. Clear your browser cache

    IMPORTANT: You may need to login to other services again after doing this, it is highly recommended that you have your passwords memorized or saved in a secure location before proceeding, but synced passwords will not be deleted. You can learn how to clear your browser cache here

  3. Try a different browser

Looking to get a new browser for my MacBook, I've seen many people talk  about firefox, opera, brave, and chrome; not sure which is best so looking  for any and all suggestions

After trying the first 2 steps, if the download button is still not responding, try using a different browser, signing into your Motion Array account and downloading again from the different browser to see if this helps.
